About Roni

Veronica (“Roni”) holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Masters of Science in Instructional Technology. She lives outside Baltimore, Maryland, USA where she enjoys being active online and outdoors with her husband and two sons.

She started blogging in 2005 to help stay accountable on her personal weight-loss journey and her mission is simple: to inspire and share her ideas to live a lighter, healthier life. She does this through the many ventures she pursues via her company SkinnyMinnyMedia.

Roni has represented and consulted for a wide variety of clients in the health and fitness industry, including: WeightWatchers, Kraft, Vitalicious, and Subway®, Johns Hopkins University, Quaker, NutraLite, The Laughing Cow and POM. She has also gained notoriety by being published and quoted in many publications including: CNN, Women’s World, Women’s Day, and Wired.
